[monit] Monit Scheduling

Greetings,

    I have a system that only runs Apache and an in-house written
application during business hours. During non-business hours the
services are stopped. If I schedule the services to stop through cron,
will monit just restart them? How can I tell monit to NOT monitor during
certain hours?
