Hi,
I don't know whether this is a Monit or a M/Monit bug:
M/Monit 2.2.1 shows a grey diagram for a virtualized Gentoo machine. The
virtualization is done on VMware Workstation 7.1.0 build-256557 (Windows
7). Hovering over the grey diagram I see "103%idle". The corresponding
Monit System status shows:
Load average [0.24] [0.75] [0.60]
CPU usage -1.0%us -1.0%sy -1.0%wa
Notes:
1. the "Memory usage" and "Filesystem usage" diagrams are okay for the
same host.
2. The "CPU usage" diagrams for two SLES 10 and 11 machines hosted on
VMware ESXi 4 running monit 5.1.1 also show okay.
3. Neither top nor htop report negative CPU values on that machine
