Hi Aleksander,

the idea behind sending event when command was called manually is, that it may 
have unplanned side effects, so if you store the action event after which you 
see the failed event for other services, you can see the culprit quickly.

In M/Monit it is possible to set the host to "ignored" state in the host admin 
page, in which case all events will be dropped ... after the work is finished, 
you can set it back to "active" to process events again.

In Monit it is possible to disable the alert on action in monit with the mail 
filter like this:
alert address@hidden but not on { action }
