I try to test this as soon as possible, but unfortunately my Mac OS X
10.5.8 doesn't contain the libtoolize command.

I got

You should add the contents of `/usr/share/aclocal/libtool.m4' to
`aclocal.m4'.
Putting files in AC_CONFIG_AUX_DIR, `config'.
./bootstrap: line 6: libtoolize: command not found
Failed bootstrapping Monit
