huh! yes, correct. I've fixed that now and posted the updated version
(along with a big speedup to cvs imports, and db dump / load commands).

so strange. I did actually run that command after having written it,
and it worked then.. perhaps I've tightened up the path restrictions
since then and not noticed the break.
