[Monotone-devel] monotone on sun

Hi, I have compiled boost and monotone on sun, but I'll get the
following error:

monotone: error: failed to convert string from 646 to UTF-8: 'monotone'

SunOS hal13 5.9 Generic_118558-09 sun4u sparc SUNW,Sun-Fire-280R

can anybody tell me how to fix this?
