[Monotone-devel] Better possibilities to analyse check errors on the buildbot

Hi,

Some of the buildslaves seem to notoriously generate certain errors in
the tests, and since more or less anyone should be able to take a
closer look and fix things, I've clumsily hacked the master
configuration to download all tester.log found in the slave's
tester_dir and place them in a tarball available through the web for
anyone to grab.  At the end of each run, you will find a pointer to
the tarball in question.

The only exception is for the Vista slavebot, simply because I've no
clue how to make an archive (it would be a xip archive there, right?)
there.  Kelly, your help would be appreciated, if you have the time.
