F. Hickel From: Kelly F. Hickel After a lot of struggling trying to get boost built on AIX
with visual age C++, I’ve given up and built it with gcc (version 4.0).
It seems to have roughly the same issues, but I think that I got enough of
boost built to give it a try. Unfortunately, configure errors out: checking whether the compiler supports tr1::unordered_map...
yes checking for early 4.0-series g++ bug in tr1 hashtables...
yes checking whether C++ streams support sync_with_stdio...
