Considering that I do not have anything against user list & think that
present options are enough, we can conclude that..
Richard> +1 == -2? ;-)
[+1] == [-1] ==> [0]
...so, the (real) options are:
[+1] - want users list and will subscribe
[0] - present lists are enough
[-1] - against users list
