Steps to reproduce the problem:

$ mtn db init -d :foo
$ mtn au remote branches -d :foo
--remote-stdio-host=some-server.com

Expected result:

monotone uses the given database to verify the server key.

Actual results:

mtn: warning: No database given; assuming ':memory:' database. This 
means that we can't
mtn: warning: verify the server key, because we have no record of 
what it should be.
