Description:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
-------------------------------

1. cd to a workspace for branch x
2. mtn prop x y


Expected result:
----------------
same as below but without the last line, since there is nothing to update in 
this workspace, you propped to a different branch.



Actual results:
---------------
mtn: propagating x -> y
mtn: [left]  123....abc
mtn: [right] 456...def
mtn: [merged] 789...ghi
mtn: note: your workspace has not been updated


Output of `mtn version --full`:
