I guess we can coordinate on IRC who's working on what page, but is
there any way to automate that? For example, if I click on "edit" in the
wiki, does that lock out other editors?
I prefer working in a local workspace copy of the wiki, otherwise.

I guess split into files INSTALL_win32, INSTALL_unix, etc, in the same
directory? I can work on that today.
