The documentation does indeed say that this should work, but it appears  
that it does not. I am not sure if this is a bug or if the behavior was  
intentionally changed. However, does this work for your needs?

  $ mtn ... serve --bind 0.0.0.0:xxxx

If it does, maybe that is a workaround for the moment.
