Sorry, that's not currently possible. mozilla-bonobo works as a netscape
plugin, and that interface does not permit such deep integration. It
only works for content that is either embedded in a page using the
<object> tag, or that is opened "directly" (ie with an url pointing
directly to the file, like http://server.net/Text.pdf).
Hopefully, deeper integration will be possible using another plugin
technology, like XPCOM.
