Hi Chalalai,
We have actually collected provenance traces of multiple Taverna
workflows, and they are publicly available on github [1]. The
provenance traces are encoded in RDF using the W3C prov-o ontology
[2]. Metadata information about the workflows used for generating the
provenance, license, as well as people who collected the provenance is
also available in the repository. Finally, you can find some
statistics about the provenance in a PDF document [3], which was
submitted to the BigProv workwhop that is co-located with the EDBT
conference.
