Hi Thomas,

        Sorry for the delay, I've been out of town quite a bit 
recently.  I updated the credits in both the 1.0 and 1.1 trees.  You 
certainly deserve credit for your deeds, and also for helping me out 
earlier with the xterm question (I think it was) I asked you 
about earlier.  You should be in there in v1.0.9 and v1.1.8 :)
