[Nano-devel] one more undo failure

Hi Mark, and others,

Start nano with src/nano +2 ChangeLog, set the mark, go down
a few lines, then hit  <M-T>  <M-U>.  Oops.  The text that was
cut it put back where the mark was, not where the cursor was.
