[Nel] Compiling Snowballs Errors :(

Hello Everybody,
I have been trying to compile Snowballs for a couple days now and no luck.
I am using MSVC 7.1 and have STLPORT 5 installed.

All the projects compile fine except for these two.
Chat and Login_Service.
The errors I get from Chat:
