Thanks, i had this problem compiling nel_export.dlu, i´ve included that 
library and ws2_32.lib and now work fine.
Now my problem is opening 3dstudio. It not find modules of 
nelexport.dlu,nelconvertpatch.dlm and neltileutility.dlu. Other is i 
cannot meet nelligo.dlx ¿where is?
