[Nmh-workers] Release candidate 2 available

Howdy all,

Under the constant prodding of Glenn Burkhardt (I needed it), I've cut
the second and hopefully final release candidate.  If this works out
well, we can call this the long-overdue 1.1 release.  Please send in
your comments to the list.
