1) CREDIL.org could act as a mentoring organization.
2) THINGS needed in my mind:
a) better MIME
b) IMAP support. (I know various people have figured out how
to do this with fuse, but I think it's far from
stable, and maybe it could be better integrated)
c) outgoing SMTP/SUBMIT authentication support, TLS
d) some kind of vCard interface for exmh, mh-e.
e) some updates to debian/redhat packaging
(those organizations might want to co-mentor)
f) some way to interface and/or share address book info from
thunderbird/gmail/etc. and nmh/mh-e/bbdb/exmh.
A standard address book API for POSIX would be cool here.
g) unit testing and refactoring.
(I haven't used exmh for ten+ years, mind you, since I started using mh-e)
