I committed two minor bug fixes:

1) attach without an argument attached all files in the
   current directory.  That's likely not what was always
   expected, and the documentation says that at least
   one argument is required.  So:

     uip/whatnowsbr.c: enforce requirement of at least one file
     argument to attach command.

   The argument to attach gets expanded by the shell, so
   "attach *" can be used to all files.

2) The examples in send.man were out of date:

     man/send.man: added name= portion to Content-Type
     headers to reflect 2006-10-24 change to uip/sendsbr.c.
     That change allowed mhstore to use the (file)name when
     extracting attachments.
