[Nmh-workers] posix branch reset

Well I managed to completely f*ck up my local posix branches in GIT.  Could 
they possibly have made remote branch management any more obtuse?

I've had it with trying to straighten it all out so I'm going to blow away the 
branch and start again.  It shouldn't take to long to re-do the work, but I'm 
not going anywhere near the bloody thing for a least a week.
