[Nmh-workers] mhstore nmh-storage disabled with -auto

The nmh-storage directory profile entry is ignored when
-auto is switched on with mhstore.  A bug was filed.  I
think it would be fine to obey that directory even with
-auto.  Does anyone see a reason not to?
