I receive my email through GMail, too, and that one was delivered
promptly:
Received: from psmtp.com (na3sys009amx238.postini.com. [74.125.149.122])
by mx.google.com with SMTPS id [...]
Wed, 22 Apr 2015 17:03:55 -0700 (PDT)

Received: from perseus.noi.kre.to (localhost [IPv6:::1]) by munnari.OZ.AU
with ESMTP id t3MNZIX5024587; Thu, 23 Apr 2015 06:35:43 +0700 (ICT)
with nearly all of the ~28 minute delay coming from the hop to front
door for the mailing list:
Received: from [2001:3c8:9009:181::2] (port=61513 helo=munnari.OZ.AU) by
eggs.gnu.org with esmtp (Exim 4.71) (envelope-from <address@hidden>)
id 1Yl4cC-0002HN-VD for address@hidden;

BTW, kre, it added this complaint about Munnari:
X-detected-operating-system: by eggs.gnu.org: Error: Malformed IPv6 address
(bad octet value).

Could the messages that you don't receive be getting caught in a
spam trap? I've had to whitelist some senders and maybe some
intermediates.
