[Nmh-workers] Changes to mh-mime.man

- Clean up .SH NAME to one line without .IR nmh (7) on it
- Don't use escaped hyphens when not necessary
- Clean up some formatting
- Use 'Attach:' consistently (instead of 'Attach')
