Right.  iconv and oauth support are enabled automatically by nmh's
configure if dependencies are satisfied.  (And so are readline, TLS,
and Cyrus SASL support.)  This detection has improved in recent nmh
versions.

nmh's configure defaults to flock on OpenBSD, as well as FreeBSD and
NetBSD.  Does anyone know if that's incorrect?
