The only command I run the risk of running concurrently is inc, so this
is what I have:
$ cat /usr/local/bin/inc
#!/bin/sh
REALINC=`dirname "$0"`/inc.real
INCLOCK=`mhpath +`/.inc.lock
exec setlock "$INCLOCK" "$REALINC" "$@"
