Details:
On octave of the development source , temporary File for help is not deleted
at the help (MinGW)
octave.exe:2> help fplot
warning: delete: no such file: \octave-help-36QB6B
Temporary File for help is created octave-help-36QB6B.
The temporary File octave-help-36QB6B remains in the C:\ when Octave is
executed on 'C:' drive.
Perhaps this is a windows (not cygwin) specific error.
