Follow-up Comment #7, bug #31518 (project octave):
The flicker is due to a change in window size when printing. The number of
pixels on screen is changed to match the pixels of the output. For vector
images, the size on screen is changed to the size of the output in points.
This was introduced for output using GL2PS.
I'll find an appropriate place to add __fltk_redraw__ to the print function
and push a changeset later today.
