Details:
Using curl 7.21.7-1 under Arch Linux (x86_64) and building octave from the
mercurial sources, I encounter a problem: a file being included does not exist
in the upstream curl distribution. See

DLD-FUNCTIONS/urlwrite.cc:55:24: fatal error: curl/types.h: No such file or
directory
Using configure flag --without-curl makes the build process work.
