Follow-up Comment #1, bug #33915 (project octave):
Even more simply: Command-line-completion doesn't work, even if I define the
function in the octave-window. The only possibility seems to write a function
file foosball.m (without the dummy 1;-line), and to invoke octave again. Then
"foos <Tab>" will auto-complete
