Follow-up Comment #22, bug #35187 (project octave):
Can any of you who face the garbled help text problem can try Tatsuro's binary
(packed in http://www.tatsuromatsuoka.com/octave/Eng/Win/OctaveLibs.7z) and
confirm that it does solve the problem ?
If it does, I will place it in the exec-path of next mingw octave binaries
(preceeding the msys version).
