Update of bug #35676 (project octave):
Category: Plotting with gnuplot => Plotting with OpenGL

Follow-up Comment #3:
Summarizing, this bug appears not with gnuplot but with FLTK so I am changing
the Category to "Plotting with OpenGL". It is not reproducible on Linux so
this is a Windows-specific bug.
This suggests that some of the ancillary packages that are packaged with
Octave in the installer are not up-to-date.
