Follow-up Comment #1:

Could you state the problem more clearly?

For example, who() and whos() do not have a '-f' option in 3.2 or in 3.6.  On
the other hand 'clear -f' works in both 3.2 and in 3.6.

It doesn't appear that anything has changed.
