John, can you please reword your commit to include a commit message according
to the guidelines?

If you do "hg log -v", you should see an example of what to do.

If you haven't put any other commits on top of fdb1cbb29467236, with a recent
version of Mercurial (2.2 or later), you can do 


hg up -r fdb1cbb29467236
hg commit --amend


and modify your commit message there.
