Details:
In some cases several error messages
QCoreApplication::sendPostedEvents: Cannot send posted events for objects in
another thread
are showing up at start up and octave uses 100 % of cpu time in the
following.
The appearance of the messages depends on the timing at start up. It is more
probable if the actual locale of the system is not installed for the gui or if
the cpu is busy with other applications during start up.
