Follow-up Comment #5, bug #40156 (project octave):

I had someone report to me that the HOME and END keys were no longer working
as expected in the command window with a recent windows build.  Can someone
confirm?  I think HOME is supposed to move the cursor to the beginning of the
line and END should move it to the end of the line.
