Follow-up Comment #1, bug #40190 (project octave):
It would help a little if you'd tell us what Octave-Forge package is
concerned.
Doing 'pkg load all' followed by 'which bvp4c' showed me it is odepkg. But
this trick worked only because I had that -somewhat by coincidence-
installed.
Could you provide a patch and add it to the patch tracker, please:
