Confirmed the behavior and that this did work in 3.6.4.

The reason it now fails to show help is because


[t, f] = get_help_text_from_file ("Contents.m")
t = 
f = Not documented


for the PsychDemos/Contents.m file mentioned in the report with no blank
lines.
