Follow-up Comment #22, bug #38270 (project octave):
What is the feasibility of bundling the GNU Units code with Octave
Miscellaneous as a dependency? We can call that local binary when a user runs
the `units` function from within Octave. Then we won't need to worry about
compatibility issues any more.
