Follow-up Comment #23, bug #38270 (project octave):

I don't see a reason to distribute GNU units ourselves. That would be the same
as setting GNU units as dependency (instead of any version units). The
difference between 1.88 and 2.00 seem minimal, the main problem is the Mac
version which is from 1993!!
