Follow-up Comment #4, bug #36064 (project octave):

What Rik meant was he moved the DLD-specific-CPPFLAGS ahead of AM_CPPFLAGS. So
the order is now


$(MAGICK_CPPFLAGS) $(AM_CPPFLAGS) $(CPPFLAGS)
