Yes I'll try. Note that I cross-build on Linux, not Windows.
But I'll remove jvm.dll from (Linux)
/usr/lib/jvm/java-1.7.0-openjdk-1.7.0.6.i386/...... and see what happens :-)
BTW Anirudha's patch is here:

but to me it doesn't quite look like *dropping* jvm.dll checking...
