[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #41452] GUI does not display under some window managers

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #41452 (project octave):

I'm pretty sure this behavior is not intentional, but I have no idea where to
look.  Maybe someone who has time and knows what to look for could step
through the code that starts up the Octave gui and determine where the calls
to minimize/maximize/reparent/whatever the windows are happening.
