[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #41452] GUI does not display under some window managers

Follow-up Comment #7, bug #41452 (project octave):

I built for Windows with the patch and the layout is not correct (see the
attached screenshot).  This is an initial run after deleting the
~/.config/octav/qt-settings file, so I was shown the welcome wizard and Octave
should have started with the default layout.
