Details:

steps to reproduce issue in the editor:
- File > New file
- File > Save file (make sure it's in a directory in the search path, or the
current directory)
- Debug > Toggle breakpoint
then you'll get either a dialog box saying file is not in search path, or a
message in the command windows saying "add_breakpoint: unable to find the
requested function"
