Details:

Reported by Michael C. Grant in bug #41093:

* Startup config:
** Command history / file browser in tabbed view on the left (command history
focus)
** Editor / command window in tabbed view on the right (command window focus)
* Click the command window to undock
* Re-dock it back into the Editor window

The crash report is attached.
