Thanks for your bug report. How did you build or install Octave? Guessing from
the path name, it looks like you may have installed from the Debian or Ubuntu
repositories. Is that right? If so, then your package manager should have
pulled in the necessary libraries, including GraphicsMagick, and this error
should not appear. If anything, this might be either a misconfiguration of
your system or a bug in distribution packaging, but not an Octave bug. Leaving
open for now to give you a chance to respond and provide more information, but
this really does not look like a problem with Octave but rather with your
system configuration.
