URL: <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?42694> Summary: Octave's 3.8.2-rc2 compilation breaks using --enable-jit and LLVM 3.4 Project: GNU Octave Submitted by: jgpallero Submitted on: lun 07 jul 2014 10:15:58 GMT Category: Libraries Severity: 3 - Normal Priority: 5 - Normal Item Group: Build Failure Status: None Assigned to: None Originator Name: Originator Email: Open/Closed: Open Discussion Lock: Any Release: other Operating System: GNU/Linux _______________________________________________________ Details: Hello: I'm trying to compile Octave 3.8.2-rc2 configured with the --enable-jit flag. I'm using the LLVM 3.4 in Debian Sid as there is now this version as default in the Debian unstable repositories. The configure script has detected the LLVM environment as LLVM CPPFLAGS: -isystem /usr/lib/llvm-3.4/include LLVM LDFLAGS: -L/usr/lib/llvm-3.4/lib LLVM libraries: -lLLVM-3.4.2 Attached I send a file containing the make output errors As in the Octave repository the changeset http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/rev/4a4edf0f2077 apparently solved the compilation bug with LLVM 3.4 I though the change was included in the 3.8.2-rc2 version. Was included or is this another bug? Thanks _______________________________________________________ File Attachments: ------------------------------------------------------- Date: lun 07 jul 2014 10:15:58 GMT Name: errorMessages.txt.tar.gz Size: 1kB By: jgpallero Error messages from make <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/download.php?file_id=31685> _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?42694> _______________________________________________ Mensaje enviado vía/por Savannah http://savannah.gnu.org/
